我国企业制度变迁中的政府制度供给研究

我国的市场化程度逐渐加深以及经济全球化、信息技术兴起等因素的出现,成为促使企业制度变迁的内在诱因。随着企业独立自主地位的完善,这些诱因也必然演化为新的制度需求。无论是强制性变迁还是诱致性变迁,政府的制度供给都十分重要。当前政府制度供给的思路,应一方面赋予企业发展的内在动力,另一方面规范企业发展的外部环境,保障合理的诱致性制度变迁因素有较为充分发挥作用的空间。

Government Institutional Provision During the Transformation of China's Enterprise Regulations

The further development of Chinas market economy and the emergence of economic globalization and information technology are two internal factors that induce the transformation of enterprise regulations. As enterprises are becoming more and more independent, these factors will inevitably raise demands for new rules and regulations. No matter whether the need for transformation comes outside or inside, government institutional provision is important. Such provision should be so envisaged that it will be capable of producing an internal force for enterprise development and regulating the enterprises external environment of development, so that reasonable factors that induce institutional transformation can have an important role to play.
