| 摘 要： | 政府治理在不同的社会中具有不同的模式和逻辑推演。封建社会是以君主专制为特征的，其逻辑推演是人性善恶；资本主义社会是以宪政治理为特征的，其逻辑推演是“经济人”和“社会人”假设；社会主义和谐社会是以“善治”为特征的，其逻辑推演是以人为本，即以实现广大人民群众的根本利益为出发点。

| Abstract: | Government governance has different models and logical reasonings in different societies. In feudal society, government governance is characterized by autocratic monarchy whose logical reasoning is the born evilness of humanity; capitalist society is founded on constitutional governance whose logical basis is the assumptions of ＂economic man＂ and ＂social man＂; socialist harmonious society has the characteristic of ＂good governance＂, which is based on the human-oriented principle that takes the fundamental interest of the people as the starting point. |
