| 摘 要： | 以雁门关生态畜牧经济区为研究对象,在概述其自然与社会经济地理的基础上,介绍了该项目的整体规划和建设绩效,指出了建设中存在的资金不足且利用不合理、产业链条短、产权不明确等问题,并建设性地提出优化投资环境、整合项目资金、健全后勤保障机制、壮大县域经济,推进产业化过程以及大力推进扶贫移民工作的建议,以供决策部门参考。

| Abstract: | The thesis introduces the overall plan and construction merits of constructing the ecological animal husbandry on the basis of the physical and economic geography.It points out several problems existing in the process of construction,such as shortage of funds,unreasonable usage of funds,short industrial chain and unidentified property.However,thesis comes up with some (constructive) suggestions,for instance,optimizing investment environment,regulating the items funds,amplifying logistic security mechanisms,speeding up the industrialization process and strengthening the aid-the-poor programme and county area economy. |
