| 摘 要： | 金融危机爆发迄今,我国经济逐步回暖,对外贸易额增加,同时各种对外贸易问题更加显现出来:除了传统的高额贸易顺差以及外贸依存度,我国面临的贸易摩擦日趋增多,且遭遇的贸易保护种类复杂,贸易结构不合理的问题。为了应对金融危机、推进对外贸易的发展,我国应当在短期内实行适度保护的贸易政策,同时也要以贸易自由化为长期目标。
