| 摘 要： | 要使一个国家得以“长治久安”，就必须加强作为社会道德体系中始终处于主导地位的政德建设．本文重点分析了我国政德的基本特征以及目前存在的问题与产生的原因，并探讨了在市场经济条件下如何加强我国政德建设的途径．

| Abstract: | A lasting social stability of a state requires the maintenance and enforeement of the statesmen's morality,which keeps the leading position in the moral system. This anicle analyzes the basic chareteristics of the moralsystem for polihcians of China and discusses the ways to enhance the system under the market economy. |
