| 摘 要： | 汉代官吏为政期间的休假制度,是我国古代国家职官管理的一项重要内容,也是官员享有的一种基本福利待遇,其休假主要有定期休假和不定期休假两种:定期休假分为五日一休假和节假;不定期休假分为事假、病假、丧假和赐假四种。

| Abstract: | During the Han government officials to leave the system,which is an important part of the ancient state Officials management,as well as a basic benefits enjoyed by officials,the main vacation leave both regular and occasional vacation.Also on the 5th into a regular vacation leave and timing of observances,in turn,is divided into irregular vacation leave,sick leave,bereavement leave and leave four Lu. |
