| 摘 要： | 预算管理越来越受到重视,而在高校实践中存在的一些问题,引起很多人对高校预算的怀疑和否定,文章在调查研究的基础上,通过对常见问题的总结和成因分析,提出建议和对策,以期为提高预算管理水平起到一定的积极作用。

| Abstract: | Budget management is getting more and more attention,but some problems exist in the practice in colleges,causing many people's suspicion and negation on colleges' budget.On the basis of investigation and research,the paper summarizes the common problems and analyzes their causes,putting forwad suggestion and counter-measures in order to play a positive role in improving the level of budget management. |
