| 摘 要： | 针对企业安全管理工作中，安全管理成效反馈不及时，特别是对企业员工的看法和认识了解较少的状况．采用问卷调查的方法，针对企业员工，从安全管理、操作条件、人际关系和自觉性四个方面考察企业安全管理工作成效，并以对中国某大型钢铁企业为实例进行分析和研究，结果表明该方法简易、可行、有效，帮助该企业及时了解了其安全管理状况。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems in enterprise safety management,this article adopts specialized questionnaire,which test the effect of safety management from four respects i.e.safety management,operating condition,interpersonal relationship and consciousness.Finally,the authors analyze a case based on the living results of questionnaire responded by employees from a certain Chinese steel enterprise.The results indicate that this method is simple,feasible,effective and is useful for the enterprise to get information of its safety management effect. |
