福建农村公共物品供求失衡应对机制

改革开放以来，福建省地方财政支援农业项目支出稳步增加，农村公共服务取得显著的成绩，为农村发展、农民增收奠定了良好的基础。但是，目前在公共物品供求上仍存在总量失衡、结构失衡、地区失衡等问题，阻碍了新农村建设的进程。为此，必须建立民主、科学的供给决策机制和需求表达机制，多元化的供给主体选择机制，多渠道融资机制以及长期有效的监督约束机制。

Mechanisms to Deal with the Imbalance between Supply and Demand of Public Goods in Fujian Rural Areas

Since reform and opening up,the local finance of Fujian Province in support of agricultural projects has increased steadily,and the rural public services have made significant achievements.Both of them have laid a good foundation for the rural development and the increase of farmers' incomes.However,at present,there are still some imbalances in public goods between supply and demand,such as amount,structural and regional imbalances.All of those have seriously blocked the construction process of the new socialistic countryside in Fujian Province.Therefore,we must build a democratic and scientific mechanism of decision-making and demand expression,a selective mechanism of multitudinous providers,a multi-channel financing mechanism,and a long-term effective mechanism of supervision and restraining,so as to solve the problems completely.
