| 摘 要： | 认为明清之际中国传统市场的发展 ,使整顿市场秩序成为经济发展的必要条件。而中国封建政府长期实行的“重农抑末”政策 ,官商不相交接 ,造成市场管理的空白 ,使得工商会馆不得不承担起整合市场秩序的任务。工商会馆通过制定行规业律 ,仲裁商务纠纷 ,营造“诚信”的会馆文化氛围 ,以规范商人的市场行为 ,维护市场的正常秩序。因而主要以明清各地的山陕会馆为例 ,论述上述会馆在整合市场秩序中的作用。
