| 摘 要： | 社会主义经济基础的特征,是生产力高度发达基础上的公有制和按劳分配;计划经济与市场经济,不是社会主义与资本主义的本质区别。社会主义政治上层建筑的特征,是民主高度发展基础上的无产阶级专政。从政治性质上看,它是无产阶级的政治统治;从政治形式上看,它是民主共和政体。社会主义的意识形态,是以马克思主义为指导、以社会主义和共产主义思想为核心的意识形态,是社会主义精神文明的主要部分。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of socialist economic basis are public ownership and distribution according to work which are based on highly developed productivity.Planned economy and market economy are not the fundamental distinctions between socialism and capitalism.The feature of socialist politics superstructure is proletarian dictatorship based on highly improved democracy.As for its politics nature,it is the proletariat who is ruling;while as far as politics form is concerned,it is a democratic republic system of government.Socialist ideology guided by Marxism-Leninism and centered on socialism and communism plays a major role in socialist spiritual civilization. |
