摘    要:本文通过移动通信行业数据国际比较,对几个常见观点进行点评。对比表明:中国移动通信服务的价格适中,并非很高或者很低;尽管目前降价幅度较大,但市场仍有不小降价空间;中国移动通信产业的市场集中度很高,但或许并不像大家想象的那样高居世界榜首,降低市场集中度的确必要,但绝不能盲目。

Abstract:This paper makes an international comparison of mobile communication industry,and reviews several popular ideas about Chinese markets.First,it is shown that the price here is not so high or low as many once believed.There fore,there is stilla big space for cutting price in despite of obvious depreciation in the past few years.Besides,even though HHI index of the Chinese mobile communication industry is very high,it still needs to be cautious in coming to the conclude that the high industry concentration is the causation of high price in China.
