| 摘 要： | 本文从自然经济、文化观念、政治体制等方面对郑和七下西洋和中国航海事业从辉煌走向衰落的原因进行了分析,并对中国在15世纪后期实行海禁政策,放弃向海洋发展,错失战略机遇提出了思考.

| Abstract: | From economics, culture sight and political system, this article analyzed on seven voyaging to the occident by Zheng He, and the reason of Chinese seafaring changed from resplendence to comedown. It also thinks about policy of banning on maritime trade implemented in the late of 15 century, abandoning developing ocean and missing the strategic chance. |
