| Abstract: | The continuous expansion of enrolling new students in general institutes of higher education brings a great effect on the natonal certificate and degree examinatin in higher education. Faced with such a strong pressure of existence, it is important for us to look for the outlets. This paper attempts to probe into the development tac-tics of the system of the natonal certificate and degree examinatin in higher education. |
