元代回回商人在甘宁青的活动和特点

蒙元王朝在其盛时状况时期,无论是在社会经济,还是在交通运输方面都得到了较大的发展,加之元代对商业活动的保护和有效管理,都为元代社会地位较高的回回商人在甘宁青的商业活动提供了良好的基础.虽然在整个元代而言,甘宁青回回商人的商业活动无法和东南沿海及中原地区的回回商人的商业活动相提并论,但是这一时期回回商人相比于他们的先民唐宋时期的"蕃商".他们具有了一些新的特点.

The Activities and Specialties of Hui Merchants in Gansu Ningxia and Qinhai During the Yuan Dynasty

During it's developed period of the Yuan Dynasty,great advances were made in the field of both social economy and transportation.With the effective protection and administration of commercial activities form the government,an ideal trading foundation was laid for the Hui merchants in Gansu Ningxia and Qinghai,who enjoyed a higher social position.Despite the fact that their commercial intercourses could not parallel to those of the Southeastern coastal areas and the Chinese middle land,they were characterized by some fresh features compared with "the fan merchants",their forerunners in Tang and Song Dynasty.
