| 摘 要： | 经过十几年的发展 ,中国风险投资业虽初具规模 ,但仍远远落后于西方发达国家 ,在发展过程中暴露出诸多的问题。针对当前我国风险投资发展过程中存在的主要问题 ,我们的应对思路可以从五个方面考虑。
