| Abstract: | This article applies the Mickael Poter model of enterprise strategy management ,discusses the competition situation of Chinese colleges and universities from five aspects : sources of new students, employment needs,non-government colleges, other ways of higher eduction and the competitin between colleges and universities. It also anlyzes some key problems to be solved such as positioning of the colleges, talent,management, sources of new students ,employment and so on and puts forth some constructive suggestions for a long term plan for the colleges. |
