| Abstract: | Minority areas should follow the trend of globalization with the further advancement of Western Development and facilitate the new round economic increase by importing foreign capital appropriately,confirming the foreign capital use direction and focus,perfecting the management system of using foreign capital,deepening and detailing the regulations and laws concerning manipulation of foreign capital. |
