| 摘 要： | 教育的终极目标是造就全面发展的人和具有创造性的人,因此现代课堂教学应向社会空间拓展,尽可能教给学生多元化的知识,培养学生良好的综合素质.现代教育还要求我们积极研究学生,积极调整教学策略,努力使课堂教学由同步向异步转变,实现集体授课下的个别化教学.在和谐的教育氛围中,让学生的创造个性得到充分的发展.

| Abstract: | The ultimate aim of education is to cultivate all_round and creative talents in that modern class teaching is expected to expand in social space providing students with plural knowledge as much as possible in order to develop integrative qualities,Modern education also requires us to study students actively,to adjust teaching strategies,and endeavor to bring about the the transfer from synchronism to asynchronism,which leads to individual teaching in mass education.Only in this way will students' creative personality be fully developed in educational harmony. |
