| 摘 要： | 中国在加入 WTO 后,绿色贸易壁垒对中国出口的限制作用越来越明显。面对这种状况,中国将如何应对是个必须考虑的问题。文章在分析当前情况的基础上,阐述了绿色贸易壁垒的种类及对我国出口贸易的影响,并提出了几点应对绿色贸易壁垒的对策建议。

| Abstract: | After China's entry into WTO,it is more and more obvious that the green barrier limits China's export.In this situa- tion,how China should solve the question will have to be considered.This article elaborates the types of the green trade barrier and its influence on our country's export,and proposes several suggestions for solving the green trade barrier by the analysis of current situa- tion. |
