| 摘 要： | 在知识经济初露端倪的当代社会,创造能力和创造精神得到空前的尊重。随着社会的进步,人们逐渐认识到新世纪需要创新人才,创新人才需要创新教育,创新教育需要创新教育管理来保障。我国教育管理的创新需要从三大方面着力:其一是观念创新,其二是制度创新,其三是管理方法的创新。
