浅谈以德治国

以法治国与以德治国相结合 ,这是我国步入新时期的重要治国方略。以德治国 ,就是要以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论为指导 ,努力建立适应社会主义市场经济发展的社会主义思想道德体系 ,发展社会主义精神文明。以德治国 ,是对我国以德治国传统和人类一切道德成就的批判继承 ,是中国共产党全心全意为人民服务宗旨的体现 ,是社会主义市场经济的要求。以德治国 ,就要大力开展道德建设 ,以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论为指导 ,深入开展道德教育 ,积极营造有利于加强道德建设的舆论文化氛围。要切实加强党对以德治国的领导 ,做到从严治党 ,从严治政 ,德治与法制相结合。
