| 摘 要： | 《周书.酒诰》是周公命康叔在殷商故地卫国宣布戒酒的诰辞。作为我国历史上颁布的第一部戒酒法令,其内容与周初其他诰辞相较,则更能直观地反映出周公的神权法思想:天意政治,事鬼敬神,在彰显天命威慑百僚庶众的同时,又时刻强调殷鉴崇尚节俭保民,并孜孜以求于对殷商遗民的安抚和怀柔。

| Abstract: | Jiu Gao,the stopping drinking alcohol order,was proclaimed by Kangshu according to Zhougong's authorization in Wei Country,the capital of the late Shang Dynasty.It's the first injunction to stop drinking alcohol in China's history.Compared with other injunctions,it can reflect Zhougong's concepts of divine law directly: politics of God' will serve God and ancestor.On the one hand,it produced a deterrent effect on the populace with the showing of God's will;on the other hand,it fostered thrift and protected the people by emphasizing the bitter lessons,while working diligently to pacify and conciliate the survivors of the Shang Dynasty. |
