| 摘 要： | 大学生实习过程中的纠纷日益增多,由于各方责任不明影响了纠纷的及时解决。本文从探寻高校大学生实习的本质入手,探讨了高校、实习学生和实习单位之间的法律关系,从而明确了各方在实习工作中的义务和责任,以利于实习纠纷的及时合理解决。

| Abstract: | There are increasingly more disputes in the period of the internship.Because of the unclear responsibilities,the disputes can not be settled in time.Starting from the essence of internship,this paper probes into the legal relations among the college interns,colleges and internship units,aiming to clarify the obligations and duties and solve the problems promptly. |
