| Abstract: | The article examines the reasons for the increasing popularity of time management. It then reviews some of the major concepts contained in the literature: efficiency, effectiveness and life goals; how to find the time; keeping a time log; time planning systems; getting organized; and how to become an effective time manager. In doing so, the concept of time management is related to the literature on stress at work. |
