| 摘 要： | 我国社会主义市场经济的发展和政府职能的转变,突显了第三部门的社会地位和价值。但是,正处于成熟与发展中的第三部门面临着管理体制不健全、管理法规不完善、管理水平滞后等很多问题。第三部门的发展迫切需要达到善治,实现从混沌到有序的转变。

| Abstract: | The third sector's social status and assessment are prominent with the development of our socialist market economy and the transition of the government's role. But it still has to face a lot of problems, such as imperfect management system, incomplete regulations and the backward level of the management and so on. The third sector's development needs to reach the good governance urgently so as to realize the transition from chaos to the orderly. |
