90年代我国财政货币政策的实证分析及其合理搭配

我国自 1993年实施财政货币双紧政策以来 ,取得了很大的成就 ,特别是在抑制通货膨胀和宏观经济调控方面尤为突出。但是也存在一些不尽人意之处。主要表现为财政货币政策松紧搭配的局部脱节和政策执行的不甚连贯等方面。毫无疑问 ,认识这种政策的偏差对于我国近期正在实施的财政政策和货币政策有着现实的指导意义

A Positive Analysis and Reasonable Adjustment of China's Fiscal and Monetary Policy in the 1990s

Great achievements have been made ever since China implemented a tight fiscal and monetary policy in 1993,especially in the areas of inflation control and macro\|economic adjustment.Yet there are certain unsatisfactory aspects,especially the partial imbalance in the tightness and flexibility of policy and inconsistencies in policy implementation.No doubt,an awareness of such deviations will serve as a guide for a better implementation of China's fiscal and monetary policy.
