企业员工工作压力源分析及压力管理应对策略

摘    要:导致员工压力来源于个人因素及企业内外部因素,构建有效的压力管理应对策略来合理地缓解员工的过重的工作压力和心理负担,化解企业潜在风险。寻求缓解压力的策略,创建社会支持系统解压,对工作进行再设计解压,体现以人为本的管理理念,构建良好的企业文化,增强员工的忠诚度,提高企业的运营绩效。

Abstract:Employees' working stress comes from internal and external factors as well as personal factors.The countermeasures to the effective stress management shall be built to ease heavy work pressure and mental burden and to resolve business potential risks.To be exact,strategies shall be sought to relieve stress,a social support system decompression shall be created,the work shall be redesigned to reflect the people-oriented management philosophy,a good corporate culture shall be established to enhance employees' loyalty and to improve operating performance.
