| 摘 要： | 提出美国20世纪30年代的新政农业政策曾经受到中国古代王安石变法的影响.当时,美国的农业部长华莱士在解决美国农业大萧条的经济政策中,曾经全面借鉴了王安石变法中的青苗法、市易法等基本思想,为根本解决美国农业问题铺平了道路.认为青苗法和市易法等就是美国常平仓制度的原型.

| Abstract: | The author holds that the New Deal farm policy of the USA was influenced by the ancient Chinese economic ideas, especially, Wang Anshi reform measures in the Song Dynasty. Henry A. Wallace, the former secretary of the American Department of Agriculture took the basic ideas of the Green Sprout Money Act and Marketing Act etc. in an all-round way as reference examples for working out the economic policies during the period of the great depression of American agriculture, thus paving the way for basically solving the American Agricultural problems. The author considers that the Green Sprout Money Act and Marketing Act etc. are the prototypes of the American ever-normal granary system. |
