| 摘 要： | 公案小说在明清这个特定的历史时期走向兴盛的原因主要有三:其一,公案小说作为"社会情绪的减压器",适应了社会时代的需要;其二,通俗小说市场的运作对公案小说的兴盛起了巨大的促进作用;其三,公案小说具有的审美特质适合大众的审美趣味.

| Abstract: | There are three reasons why the detective-style fiction were popular in Ming and Qing Dynasties.First,it met the social needs as "the social sentiment reductor".Second,the market operation of the popular novel promoted its popularity.Third,the detective-style fiction has the special aesthetic characteristic which suited people's popular taste in art. |
