文化学术界研究成果是完善藏书质量的导向——以学术界鲁迅研究成果为例

具有综合文化业务素质能力的馆员应把文化学术界的最新科研成果作为购书的基本参照点,以增强教学厚重度来作为评判文献质量的出发点。唯有重视我国文化学术界研究成果,提高图书馆馆员的文化吸收能力、图书馆图书质量的评判能力、对文化学术界科研成果的评判鉴别能力,才能从根本上消除现有藏书同文化学术界的差距和不足,完善图书馆的藏书质量。

Cultural Academic Work and the Quality of Book Collection and Storage

Being a librarian who has comprehensive cultural quality should take the newest scientific work as the reference in purchasing books,and judge the literature according to its influence on teaching.Only if we pay attention to the work of the cultural academia,improve librarians' ability of culture absorption,book appreciation and judgment,as well as the capacity of estimating the scientific work of the cultural academia,can we radically eliminate the deficiencies between existing book collection and storage and the demand of culture academia,and ameliorate the quality of book collection and storage in libraries.
