| 摘 要： | 较高的环境意识是社会文明进步的一个标志,因为环境意识越高,环境政策实施过程中遇到的阻力就越低。该文客观分析了影响公众环境意识的主要因素,并从环境政策、经济及媒体等多种角度出发提出了增强公众环境意识的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The upper environmental consciousness is the symbol of the advancement of social civilization,because the higher environmental consciousness is the less resistance of acting environmental policy is.In this paper,the important factor of influencing the citizen's environmental consciousness is analyzed objectively;some important approaches to improve public environmental consciousness are put forward from the angles of environmental policy,economy and media. |
