西部大开发中的人民内部矛盾及对策研究

当前西部大开发中的人民内部矛盾主要表现为加快经济发展与保护环境的矛盾 ,新旧思想观念的矛盾 ,东西部地区经济交往中的矛盾 ,中央政府与西部各省区政府间的矛盾及汉族与少数民族及不同民族宗教间的矛盾等。这些矛盾具有内容上的利益性、成因的复杂性、发展的阶段性、群体的组织性、地域的差异性特点。只有站在“三个代表”的高度 ,正确认识和处理好这些矛盾 ,才能为西部大开发创造稳定的社会环境 ,促进西部及全国社会经济文化快速协调健康发展

Contradictions among the People and Countermeasure Analysis during the West Development

At present main contradictions among the people during the West development are as follows: Contradictions between economic development and environment protect, contradictions between new and old ideas, contradictions arisen in economic operation between the west and east areas, contradictions between central and local governments, contradictions between the Hans and minorities, contradictions among different ethnic religions, etc. These contradictions have the following features: interests-oriented in terms of contents, complicated in terms of causes, phases-existing in terms of development, organizational in terms of classes, and divergent in terms of regions. Only based on Three Representations, can we get a correct idea of them and deal with them properly to create a favorable social environment for the West development, balanced development of economy and culture of the whole country.
