| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校的教师文化建设任重而道远。在分析新建本科院校的教师文化建设现状的基础上,文章从组织文化的视角认为,必须从治校者反思教师文化、构建和完善现代大学制度、建立学习型组织等多种途径,对组织实体新建本科院校的教师文化进行建设和重塑。
