网络理论与企业战略联盟存在的信任基础分析

经济全球化的加深和互联网经济时代的到来 ,迫使企业的生存与发展战略要有一个较大的转变 ,发展跨地区、跨国界之间的网络战略联盟日益重要。要从重视合约发展到通过一种良好的社会关系网络来稳固一种非完全信息合约。西方企业网络理论对此做了有别于新古典经济学的全新解释。只要存在不确定性、脆弱性和非完全控制权 ,任何一种形式的企业网络都会产生信任问题。信任的产生可以经由制度安排 ,合作过程或社会文化背景等因素产生。信任的程度会由于网络内部成员长期互信和外部竞争的加剧而由低到高发展。我国已经加入WTO ,国内企业之间和国内外企业之间的联系与合作会越来越广泛和深入 ,也会结成各种形式的企业网络 ,认识到网络战略联盟中建立信任的重要性 ,有助于一些企业自觉抵制各种违法行为 ,公平参与国内外竞争 ,使建立在信任基础上的合作关系成为扩大自由贸易并给双方带来互惠互利的制度安排。

Internet Theory and Analysis of Strategic Alliances Sustaining Base of Trust

With the advent of internet era and the drrpening of economic globalization.the surviving and developing strategy of enterprises should have a great change, which makes it important for enterprises to establish cross region and cross country strategic alliances. One should change from paying more attention to contracts to strengthen a kind of non complete information contracts through developing better social relationship circle. Western enterprises internet theory makes a complete new interpretation different from neoclassical economics. Any kind of enterprise would come into trust crises when there exist uncertainty, vulnerability and an absence of total control. Trust can be produced through three kinds of production: institutional based trust production, process-based trust production and characteristic based trust production. Trust degree will be enhanced by mutual trust among inter firm members and external competition. We have entered WTO and trans enterprises and countries cooperation will become deep and broad. Enterprises may form many kinds of internet, which will be helpful for enterprises to recognize the importance of trust and consciously resist every kinds of illegal act, become equal and fair in competition. All those trust relationship can broaden inter cooperation and make this cooperation a mutual beneficial mechanism to enlayge free trade.
