| 摘 要： | 在道德教育的历史进程中 ,随着社会发展和人的发展 ,教育者角色经历了从权威的角色—中立的角色—转化的角色等一系列转换过程 ,教育者本身从权威转为对话 ,从适应转化为创新 ,从单一转化为多元。本文通过对这种转换过程的揭示 ,希望当代德育教育者能及时适应社会的新要求 ,及时更新角色 ,转换形象 ,主动进行角色转化

| Abstract: | The role of educator has experienced a succession of changes from authoritative to neutral and finally to converting. Educators underwent conversion from authority to dialog, from adaptation to innovation and from onesidedness to plurality. Through analysis of such conversion, the article suggests that contemporary educators should immediately meet new demands of the society, and adjust to renewal of roles and transformation of image in time. |
