| 摘 要： | 由于中国资本市场的发展速度过快,在最初进行市场结构设计时就存在一些天然的重大缺陷,以及对于如何发展资本市场的问题缺乏经验,所以,资本市场发展到今天虽然已经基本完成了奠基任务,但仍存在很多问题。
