| 摘 要： | 代表资产阶级的民国政府为了自身统治的需要,趋向以法律治理民族,制定了以民族平等、自治、实业等为主要内容的民族政策,客观上说具有整体系统性、时代发展性和历史进步性等特点;但其阶级本质又决定着其民族政策带有极大的欺骗性、虚伪性和空想性.从根本上讲,民国政府的民族政策不可能真正解决当时中国的民族问题,最终连同民国政府一起走向失败.
