Educational career is the most basic career of a nation,and the construction of the teachers' moral character is another most basic one of the construction of teachers.The teachers' moral character situation will directly affect the quality of all the students and even the whole nation.We can say that if the teachers' moral character booms then the education will boom,and then the nation will boom.So we must intensify the construction of the advanced medical college teachers' moral character.On the basis of revealing the connotation of the advanced medical college teachers' moral character in the knowledge economy times,by investigating and analyzing the current situations of our advanced medical college teachers' moral character,this article puts forward some corresponding suggestions towards the construction of the medical college teachers' moral character.
