| Abstract: | When the information times in the whole world has came ,the middle and small libraries have faced all kinds of difficulties. Under this circumstance we must take such measures as adjusting purchasing guiding principle ,carefully selecting all kinds of books, developing cooperation between libraries, realizing resources for share. At the same time we must quicken construction pace , to introduce advanced techniques and equipment and , build the computer net system. |
