On the Modernity of Coleridge's Religious Viewpoints

Coleridge is one of the representatives of apologetics in modern theology,and he proposes the new foundation for religious life and religious belief,i.e.direct communication between man and God in the practice,which represents the modernity of Coleridge's religious viewpoints.This academic thesis spreads out full discussion on the above viewpoint.First,"I-You" relationship between Man and God makes their communication without any medium.Second,on the influence of faithism and traditionalism,Coleridge explains "reason" again.Reason builds on God,and sees the supernatural world with miraculous creative power and comprehension.At last,man's will is the image of God's will,and the creative relationship naturally bridges man and God.
