21世纪初党风存在的问题及对策研究

面对复杂多变的国际国内形势，中国共产党如何提高执政水平，巩固执政地位，显得日益紧迫而重要。目前，党的作风总的是好的，但在思想作风、工作作风、干部生活作风上存在一些亟待解决的问题。解决党风问题，要以党的十五届六中全会精神为指针，着重从学习教育、提高素质入手，以加强法纪制度建设为重点，以解决党员干部的作风问题和查处违法违纪案件为主要手段，推动党的建设迈上新台阶。

At the beginning of the new century,facing the varied and complex international situation,how the CPC improving the pow-er,solidifying the power,leading all the nations to realize the third step of the construction of socialism and strengthening the con-struction of the vogue of the CPC are very important and pressing.At present,the vogue of the Party is good on the whole.But there are some problems in the mentality vogue,work and leaders life vogue these problems are to be solved eagerly.To solve the problems about the vogue of the Party must auord to the spirit of the sixth meeting of the15th National people's Congtress,start with studying,educating and improving the diathesis and put the emphases on the strengthening of the construction of low and discipline system to solve the vogue problems of the Party member leaders and investigate and punish the cases against the low.And to promote the con-stuction of the Party and make progress.
