| 摘 要： | 零售业已经进入多业态竞争时期，业态选择已经成为企业、甚至产业发展战略的重要组成部分。为了实现较为理性的战略定位，通过对20家上市商业零售公司绩效进行聚类分析、主成分分析，研究了业态对零售业企业绩效的影响。聚类分析表明业态与绩效之间具有关联性，但影响不明显。而主成分分析表明：专业连锁、综合零售与百货商店有较高的利润率；零售企业多元化不利于提高资产利用能力；业态对零售企业综合绩效具有一定的影响，有待进一步的实证。

| Abstract: | Retail industry has entered a period characterized by competition among various kinds of business. The selection of kinds of business has become an important part of the strategy of a retailer, or even the retails industry. Through conducting cluster and principal component analysis, we study the impact of kinds of business on enterprise performance. The cluster analysis indicates no significant impact. However, the principal component analysis shows that： special chain stores and department stores have higher profit margins; diversification is unfavorable for enterprises to raise the capacity to utilize assets; kinds of business have no significant impact on retails enterprises＇ comprehensive performance. |
