大学生犯罪问题与高校法制教育探析

To enhance the law education in institutions of higher learning, it's necessary to heighten people's consciousness, strengthen legal propaganda, construct educational network, promote teacher quality, reform teaching methods, and stick to the principle that punishment and education are given equal attention.
