| 摘 要： | 培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的合格人才是高校学生管理工作的重要职责。激励法是新时期高校学生管理工作的一种重要方式和手段。只有正确理解激励的内涵、善于把握激励的时机、坚持激励的原则,才能发挥激励法在学生管理工作中的作用,从而达到高校学生教育管理的最佳效果。

| Abstract: | Training of qualified talents that develop morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and in labor is an important duty of student management work in institutions of higher learning.Incentive education is an important way and means of student management work in institutions of higher learning in the new period.Only by correctly understanding the connotation of the incentive,timely seizing the opportunity of the incentive and sticking to the incentive principles,can the incentive education be brought into play and obtain the optimum effect in the student management work in institutions of higher learning. |
