| 摘 要： | 我国风险投资发展面临的根本性问题,不是风险资本供给的不足,而是风险投资有效需求的严重不足.加快我国风险投资的发展,必须解决风险投资有效需求严重不足的这个根本性问题.只有培育风险投资需求主体,才能刺激风险投资有效需求的增长,才能推动我国风险投资的发展

| Abstract: | The primary problem confronting China in its development of venture capital market is not the shortage of the supply of venture capital but that of the availability demands. This problem must be settled to expedite the development of venture capital market. Only through fostering the main demand body of venture capital can the development of venture capital market be promoted. |
