| 摘 要： | 邓小平的空间布局思想是三位一体、侧面突破。以改革、稳定和发展为支点 ,对经济、政治和文化三方面进行一体化布局 ,这对恩施州的发展有现实的指导意义。恩施州要利用西部大开发的产业结构调整时机 ,跳跃前进 ,要念好山水经和人力经 ,处理好山水资源开发与发展乡镇企业的关系 ;山水资源开发与保护环境的关系 ;山水资源开发与规模经营的关系。发挥各种人力资源的积极性 ,以使较少的资金投入办较多的山水资源开发项目 ,振兴恩施州经济。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's thought of spatial layout is the whole of trinity. With the help of the theory of reform, stability and development, he carries out the spatial integrated layout of economy, politics and culture. The development of western China brings more opportunities. Enshi must grasp them and develop rapidly, make good use of natural resources and human resources, deal with well the relationship between the natural resources and development of township enterprise, utilize well the natural resources and environmental protection, treats well the relationship between development of the natural resources and appropriate scale, make best use of all kinds of human resources, run more natural resources development item with less fund input and prosper Enshi's economy. |
