| 摘 要： | 大学生村官计划是国家出台的一个导向性政策,它的实施和推广必将对缓解我国当前巨大的就业压力和建设社会主义新农村产生重大的影响,所以该计划的实施是可以实现双赢战略的政策选择.尽管大学生村官计划在实施的过程中有喜有忧,有得有失.但从其发展趋势和发展前景来看,此计划具有强大的发展后劲、广阔的发展空间以及全面推广的必要性.

| Abstract: | The plan of university students as village officials is a guiding policy of the government.The execution and promotion of the plan will have a great impact on the students' employment and the socialist comstruction of a new rural area.This plan will turn out to be a policy choice of win-win strategy.Althongh the execution of the plan has its advantages and dis advantages,it is necessary for us to promote such a plan due to its development trend and prospect. |
