| 摘 要： | 党的先进性是无产阶级政党的生命,是"建设一个什么样的党、怎样建设党"的核心问题,也是党赢得执政地位的内在根据和执好政、掌好权的生命线.必须把实践"三个代表"重要思想作为党的先进性的根本要求,始终贯彻到加强党的先进性建设之中,不断提高党的执政能力和领导水平.
