全面建设小康社会过程中的贫富差距问题

“小康社会”是邓小平“三步走”发展战略的第二步，是我们到上个世纪末的奋斗目标。随着小康 社会的基本实现，进而全面建设小康社会步伐的加快推进，出现了贫富差距逐步拉大的趋势。因此，我们必须 全面准确地理解和把握邓小平的从基本实现小康到全面建设小康社会最终达到共同富裕的思想；必须正确 地看待和认真分析现阶段的贫富差距及其产生的原因，要采取切实有效的措施防止两极分化。
